Why do you need my personal details?

In principle, you can browse our site without giving your name or other personal details. However, in some cases we need to know your data, such as to process your order.

The personal information you entered in your order can be reported to the transport company responsible for the shipment.

How can I find the product I want?
You can search for desired products by entering a keyword in the search field or by using filters to find specific products (eg, the filter for brands, for sizes etc). then tap the "Enter" key and you will see the products that match your search as well as all similar products.
When you have found your product, click "Add to Cart" and follow the instructions to complete your order.

 

How to find special offers, new products etc?
In the main navigation bar, you see the category "SALE".
All products in this category are special promotions and are offered at very attractive prices.


How do I buy a product?
You can order in our online shop or by email.

 

Online order
If you found the product you want, click "Add to Cart" next to the product picture. After you have added all desired products to cart, click the "Checkout" button. You can check the cart with your products.

If you are already a customer, enter your email address and password. Select your payment method and check your order. If you are sure that everything is entered correctly, click "Checkout". You will receive an email confirming your order.


If you are a new customer, you must enter your contact details, shipping and billing addresses. Then select a payment method, check that everything is entered correctly and click "Order". You will receive an email confirming your order.

 


Before choosing the shipping address another price has been displayed. Why ?
Because, under legal regulations, a different VAT rates can apply for some countries. Online store's prices are recalculated and may show differences from the prices listed above.

When is the order placed?
The order is performed when you have checked and confirmed all fields and click "Order". If your order has been registered, a confirmation message is displayed. You will receive an email confirming your order.

 

Can I buy all products online?
Yes, you can buy all online products insofar as they are available. But we have a wide range of products and therefore it is possible that some items are out of stock. If this is the case please send an email to olivier@my-rackets.com and we will inform you of the date of replenishment.

 

How many products can I order?
There is no limit. You can order as many products as you want, within the limits of available stocks.

Why do I need a shopping cart?
The cart represents all the products you want to buy.
Once the products placed in the cart, you can view the quantity and amount. In this way it's easy to control the amount of the order and the total price.

Can I change or remove products from the cart?
By clicking on your shopping cart you can handle the ordered products and delete products or add others.
